ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SERVICES
We also provide 3 years of 24/7/365 support services for entire CCTV Infrastructures (Cameras, Video Management Software (VMS), CCTV Centralized Storage Video Recording and Management Servers Operator workstations, and Monitors Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS).

END-USER PRODUCT TRAINING
Post-installation we hand over detailed and complete documentation about the CCTV solution along with steps and an adequate screenshot describing the technical steps.
Training and knowledge transfer shall be provided to end-user staff for the entire CCTV Infrastructure including VMS, Storage, and Servers.
